BORDERS TO OPEN NEW STORE AT PHL  
  PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Borders, a leading retailer of books,music and movies, will open a new store Dec. 17 at Philadelphia InternationalAirport. The 909-square-foot store, located between Concourses D and E, willbe the retailer's second store in the airport. It will offer over 7,000 booktitles, including audiobooks, top selling DVDs and CDs as well as select giftsand stationery items -- all in an award-winning retail format.    Borders also operates stores in airports located in Indianapolis; Detroit;Baltimore; Phoenix; Orlando, Fla.; Seattle; Dallas; Boston; Houston; LasVegas; Miami; Raleigh-Durham, N.C.; Washington, D.C. and Cincinnati, as wellas at John F. Kennedy, LaGuardia and Newark airports in the New York Cityarea.

   This year, Borders was awarded the "Best Specialty Retail Brand Operator"and "Retailer with Highest Regard for Customer Service" by Airport RevenueNews (ARN), a leading publication for airport executives, concessionaires andothers involved in the aviation industry.
