PHL Briefly Evacuated
Philadelphia International Airport was partially evacuated for about an hour Sunday morning because of a suspicious package, authorities said. The bag was found around 8 a.m. behind a ticket counter near terminals B and C, officials said.

The area was evacuated while a police bomb squad was brought in to investigate. The package turned out not to be dangerous, and travelers were allowed back in about an hour later, airport spokesman Mark Pesce said.
