Specter to Take On PHL Efficiency
  March 11, 2006 - Pennsylvania Senator Arlen Specter is pushing for a plan to speed up flights and reduce delays at Philadelphia International Airport. After a meeting in center city the senator told Action News that PHL is one of the nation's busiest airports, but has a disappointing record of flight delays. Senator Specter says he'll ask the FAA to allow Philadelphia to have some of the airspace now used by the 3 New York area airports.
