Introduction
Philadelphia International Airport has a comprehensive ground transportation service. The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) runs rail and bus services to the city, rail and bus stations. Shuttle buses, taxis and limousines are also available from baggage claim areas.

Taxis and Shuttle buses
Taxis are available 24 hours a day, from Zone 5. Shuttle buses and limousines are available from Zone 7. Information is available from the ground transport counters in baggage claim areas.

Train Services
The SEPTA R1 high speed rail service provides a convenient and economical service from the airport's five terminals to the downtown area. The train stops at Eastwick Station, University City, 30th Street Station, Penn Center Suburban Station, and Market East/The Gallery station.Transit from the airport to downtown Philadelphia takes about 20 minutes and trains depart every 30 minutes. Trains run from 6am to midnight.

Philadelphia city center
- take the R1 service to Penn Center Suburban station.

AMTRAK rail terminal
- take the R1 service to 30th Street Station.

Greyhound bus terminal
- take the R1 service to Market East/The Gallery station.

Pennsylvania Convention Center
- take the R1 service to Market East/The Gallery station.
